.SYNOPSIS..A strong tropical wave moving across the Mona Passage
accompanied by fresh to strong winds, building seas and squally 
weather will shift W-NW into the SE Bahamas and adjacent waters 
tonight. High pressure will reorganize and strengthen across the
W Atlc today through Fri. Another strong tropical wave is 
expected to move across the area waters Sat night through Sun.
