.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extending from the central Atlantic
W along 29N will reorganize Wed through Fri and strengthen 
across the W Atlc. A tropical wave moving across the area 
waters tonight will be accompanied by fresh to strong winds, 
building seas and squally weather and will shift W-NW into the 
SE Bahamas and adjacent waters by Wed night.
