.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extending from the central Atlantic to
just E of the central Bahamas will gradually weaken through Wed 
as a frontal system moves across the western Atlantic and becomes
stationary along 25N. High pressure will strengthen modestly 
across the region late Thu and Fri to freshen the local trade 
wind flow.
