.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extending from the central Atlantic to
the NW Bahamas and will begin to weaken today as a frontal
system moves across the western Atlantic. High pressure will 
strengthen modestly across the region late Thu and Fri to
freshen the local trade wind flow.
