.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary will slowly move SE across the
Atlantic waters into Puerto Rico through this evening, then will
remain nearly stationary in the vicinity of the Leeward Islands 
over the next couple of days. Northerly swell generated by 
intense low pressure located ENE of Bermuda will impact the 
Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages through at least Mon.
