.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary will slowly move SE across the
Atlantic waters into Puerto Rico through this evening and 
dissipate tonight into early Mon. Significant northerly swell 
generated by intense low pressure located ENE of Bermuda will 
impact the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages through at 
least Mon.
