.SYNOPSIS...A slow-moving cold front extending from 22N56W to 
the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic will stall later today
and dissipate tonight into early Mon. Significant northerly 
swell generated by intense low pressure east of Bermuda will 
impact the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages through at 
least Mon.
