.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge extending from the central 
Atlc to near Puerto Rico will shift eastward through Fri night. A
weakening cold front will move through the area Sat and Sat 
night. Significant N well generated by intense low pres passing 
just E of Bermuda will impact the Atlc waters through Mon night.
