.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge extending from the central 
Atlc to near Puerto Rico will shift eastward through Fri night. 
A weakening cold front will move through the area Sat and Sat 
night. Significant north well generated by intense low pres 
passing just northeast of Bermuda will impact the Atlc waters
Fri through Mon night.
