.SYNOPSIS...A high pres ridge extending from the central Atlc to
near Puerto Rico will shift E through Fri night. A weakening 
cold front will pass eastward through the area Sat and Sat night.
Significant N swell generated by intense low pres passing just 
NE of Bermuda will impact the Atlc waters Fri through Mon night.
