.SYNOPSIS...High pres ridging W from the central Atlc will 
maintain light to moderate SE to SW winds over the forecast 
waters through Fri. A weakening cold front will pass eastward 
through the area Sat and Sat night. Significant N swell generated
by intense low pres passing just NE of Bermuda will impact the 
Atlc waters Fri through Mon night.
