.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered between the Bahamas and 
Bermuda will weaken as it sags S to just N of Puerto Rico by Tue
and Wed. As the high approaches, winds will diminish from fresh
to moderate. Moderate N swell associated with a dissipating front
N of the area will affect the Atlantic waters through late 
tonight.
