.SYNOPSIS...Tradewinds will continue to gradually weaken over 
the area waters through late Fri as high pressure NE of the area
weakens. New high pressure will settle across the W Atlc along 
30N by Sat to bring a return of moderate to fresh tradewinds to 
the local region.
