.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the W Atlc will maintain 
moderate to fresh trades over the regional waters today. 
Deepening low pressure off the middle Atlc coast Wed through Thu 
will help to weaken winds across the local region through late 
Fri. New high pressure will settle across the W Atlc along 30N by
Sat to bring a return of moderate to fresh tradewinds to the 
local region.
