.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extending westward along 27N-28N across
the W Atlc will maintain moderate to fresh trades over the 
regional waters through Wed. Deepening low pressure off the
middle Atlc coast Wed through Thu will weaken winds across the 
local region through late Fri. New high pressure will settle 
across the W Atlc along 30N by Sat to bring a return of moderate 
to fresh tradewinds to the local region.
