.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will maintain moderate to fresh trades
over the regional waters through Wed. Short-period NE swell will
gradually subside in the Atlantic waters by late Tue. Trade winds
will strengthen this weekend as high pressure rebuilds over the
western Atlantic.
