.SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridging over the western Atlantic will
maintain mainly fresh trades over the regional waters through
early next week, diminishing slightly thereafter. Long-period 
NE swell in combination with these winds is expected to result 
in hazardous marine conditions through Mon night.
