.SYNOPSIS...A ridge over the west-central Atlc will support 
fresh to strong trade winds over the local area through early 
Sat, with 8 to 10 ft seas expected for the Atlantic waters. The 
ridge will weaken slightly Sun through Tue night and generate 
moderate to fresh winds over the forecast waters.
