.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh N to NE winds will persist tonight
across the forecast waters to the W of a surface trough in the
vicinity of 65W which will shift westward and weaken today. 
Winds and seas will increase slightly Thu through Sat as strong 
high pressure builds over the western Atlantic, then diminish
over the Atlc waters Sun as the high weakens.
