.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh northerly winds and
northeast swell will continue to affect the Atlantic waters and 
the Mona Passage through at least Tue. Winds and seas are 
forecast to increase once again during the second half of the 
week as a high pressure strengthens over the western Atlantic.
