.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure centered near 22N61W will move SW through
Mon, bringing fresh winds and increased seas to the forecast
waters. The low will open up into a surface trough Mon night 
near the Leeward Islands as associated conditions gradually 
diminish. Strong high pressure will build north of the area Wed 
through Fri, resulting in strengthening winds and building seas 
in NE swell.
