.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure system located northeast of the area 
near 23N61W will produce mainly fresh north to northeast winds 
across the Atlantic regional waters through Mon night. Winds and 
seas will increase once again Wed night through Thu night as 
strong high pressure builds well north of the area. Northeast
swell, from the low pressure system, will propagate through the 
Atlantic regional waters through Mon night.
