.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from 27N58W to low pressure
centered east of the forecast waters near 24N60W to 19N61W. This 
system will gradually weaken while moving SW to near 20N64W by 
Mon, bringing increasing winds and seas to the Atlantic waters
through early next week. Winds and seas will increase once again
Wed night through Thu night as strong high pressure builds well 
north of the area.
