.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from 25N59W to 19N61W with
associated low pressure centered near 24N59.5W. This system will
gradually weaken while moving SW to near 20N63W by Mon, bringing
increasing northerly winds and seas to the Atlantic waters 
through early next week.
