.SYNOPSIS...Large N swell will continue to affect the Atlantic 
waters and the Caribbean passages today. High pressure N of the 
area will produce moderate trade winds through the remainder of 
the week, increasing to between moderate and fresh this weekend 
as the ridge strengthens.
