.SYNOPSIS...Northerly swell behind a dissipating cold front will
continue to affect the Atlantic waters and the Caribbean passages
through Wed night. High pressure in the wake of the front will 
produce fresh to strong winds tonight, and mainly moderate to 
fresh trade winds the remainder of the week.
