.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending across the Virgin Islands to
along the S coast of Puerto Rico will stall tonight and then 
move back NW Tue. Fresh to near gale force winds and high seas 
in mix of large N and NE swell will accompany this front. Seas 
across the Atlantic waters will start to subside by the middle of
week, with more tranquil marine conditions by the end of the week
into the weekend.
