.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending across Puerto Rico will stall
and move back towards the NW tonight through Tue. Fresh to 
strong winds and high seas in mix of large N and NE swell will 
accompany this front. Seas across the Atlantic waters will start 
to subside by the middle of week.
