.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front extending from 25N65W to the
Windward Passage will move SE and reach the Mona Passage Sun
evening, then stall from 21N60W to across Puerto Rico late Mon. 
Fresh to strong winds and large seas will accompany this front
through Mon night before the front begins to dissipate and drift
northward Tue and Wed.
