.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds are expected through 
Sat as weakening high pressure prevails. A strong cold front 
will reach the Mona Passage Sun, then move across the Virgin 
Islands by Sun night before stalling across the Anegada Passage 
Mon. Fresh to strong winds and large seas will accompany this 
front.
