.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 22N59W to just N of 
Puerto Rico is stalling and will dissipate Tue. High pres ridging
over the Atlc will support fresh to strong trades over the 
Atlantic forecast waters through Tue. Long period NW to N swell 
will peak in the Atlantic waters today and tonight, then 
gradually decay through Fri night.
