.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will shift 
eastward through Thu. The high will maintain fresh to strong NE 
winds over the Atlantic forecast waters through Tue night. A 
stationary front extending NE from central Hispaniola will 
dissipate by early Tue. Long period NW to N swell will peak in 
the Atlantic waters Mon night and Tue, then gradually decay 
through Thu night.
