.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western Atlantic will shift 
eastward through Thu. The associated gradient will maintain 
fresh to strong northeast winds over the Atlantic forecast waters
through Tue night. A stationary frontal boundary that extends
from central Hispaniola well to the northeast will gradually 
dissipate through this afternoon. Long-period northwest to north 
swell will propagate through the Atlantic waters through early 
Tue, then decay by early Thu.
