.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres building over the western Atlc 
behind a cold front pushing SE into the forecast waters will 
cause winds and seas to increase Sun and Sun night. The high will
then maintain moderate to fresh winds over the forecast waters 
Mon through Wed night.
