.SYNOPSIS...A weak stationary front to the east of the area has
dissipated early this morning. Fresh NE to E wind will prevail
through tonight over Atlantic waters. Long-period north to 
northeast swell will bring hazardous marine conditions to the 
Atlantic waters and passages into Wed night. More tranquil
conditions are expected for the end of the week.
