.SYNOPSIS...A slow moving cold front located over Atlantic 
waters and the Mona passage will slowly weaken as drifts E past 
the Virgin Islands by Tue morning. Fresh to locally strong N to 
NE winds can be expected behind the front over the Atlantic 
waters through Tue. Long period N swell will bring hazardous 
marine conditions to the Atlantic waters and passages until mid 
week.
