.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front located early this morning
over Atlantic waters and the Mona passage will slowly weaken as
it slides across the area into Tue morning. Fresh to locally 
strong north to northeast winds can be expected behind the front 
over the Atlantic waters through Tue. Long-period swell N swell 
will bring hazardous marine conditions to the Atlantic waters and
passages into the middle of the upcoming week.
