.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front extends from near 21N65W to
across the eastern part of the Dominican Republic. This front
will gradually become statioanry over the Virgin islands Mon, 
then dissipate by Wed. Fresh to locally strong north to northeast
winds can be expected behind the front over the Atlantic waters 
tonight through Tue. Long-period swell will combine with wind 
waves to maintain seas of 7 to 10 ft for the Atlantic waters and 
Mona Passage during this period.
