.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move SE into the area today, and 
stall over the Virgin islands Mon, then dissipate by Wed. Behind 
the front, fresh to locally strong N to NE winds can be expected 
over the Atlc waters tonight and Tue. Long period swell will 
combine with wind waves to maintain seas of 7 to 10 ft for the 
Atlantic waters and Mona Passage during this period.
