.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move SE into the area today, and
stall over SE parts of the area Mon, then dissipate into mid-
week. Behind the front, fresh to locally strong N and NE winds
can be expected in Atlantic waters tonight into Tue. Long period
swell combined with wind waves will cause seas of 8 to 10 ft to
prevail in Atlantic waters and the Mona Passage during this
period.
