.SYNOPSIS...High pressure to the N and E will weaken and move
away from the area this weekend, allowing a cold front to move
over Atlantic waters Sun night, then stall over or just SE of 
the area through early next week. Expect fresh NE to E winds and
building seas behind the front in the Atlc waters.
