.SYNOPSIS...A high pres ridge over the western Atlc will maintain
light to moderate winds through Sun. A cold front will reach the
Atlc waters Sun night, then weaken as it passes through the local
waters through early Tue. Expect moderate to fresh NE to E winds
and building seas behind the front in the Atlc waters.
