.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure ridging over the central and 
eastern Atlantic will maintain moderate to fresh trades over 
regional waters through most of Fri before diminishing to mainly
moderate speeds this weekend, then increase some again early 
next week as the high pressure restrengthens.
