.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move across the Atlantic waters
near Puerto Rico later tonight into Mon. High pressure building 
north of the area in the wake of the front will support moderate 
to fresh winds Mon night through the end of the week. Northerly 
swell is forecast to move over the Atlantic waters and local 
passages Mon night into Tue.
