.SYNOPSIS...Lingering moisture from the remnants of an old 
frontal boundary will aid in the development of showers over 
portions of the local waters through early this week. A weak 
pressure gradient will allow for mainly light winds through Fri. 
A cold front may pass through the area Fri night with increasing 
winds.
