.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from N of the area to along the
N coast of Puerto Rico to the Mona Passage. The front will 
continue moving eastward and eventually stall across the Virgin 
Islands on Fri, gradually dissipating thereafter. Northerly 
swell associated with this front and strong low pres well N of 
the area will impact Atlantic waters tonight through early Sat 
before subsiding for the start of next week. More tranquil marine
conditions are expected for early next week.
