.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from near the Mona Passage
across the central Caribbean to eastern Panama. The northern 
portion of the front will continue moving eastward and will stall
across the Virgin Islands on Fri. Northerly swell associated 
with this front and strong low pressure well N of the area will 
impact Atlantic waters tonight through early Sat before subsiding
for the start of next week. More tranquil marine conditions are
expected for early next week.
