.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the Dominican Republic early this
morning will slowly approach the area today, stall tonight over
the area, then gradually weaken and dissipate over the weekend.
Northerly swell associated with this front and strong low
pressure well N of the area will impact Atlantic waters tonight
through early Sat before subsiding for the start of next week.
