.SYNOPSIS...Deepening and complex low pres NE of the Bahamas
extends a cold front towards Hispaniola resulting in moderate to
fresh southerly flow across the region. The front will move
across Hispaniola tonight, across Puerto Rico on Thu, and then 
weaken and stall across the Virgin Islands Fri. Associated large 
NW swell will impact the local Atlc waters Thu night through Sat 
before subsiding on Sun with then little change through early 
next week.
