.SYNOPSIS...Deepening low pres across the N Bahamas and adjacent
Atlantic is inducing moderate to fresh southerly winds across 
the local region. As the low intensifies and shifts NE tonight 
through Fri, an associated cold front will move across Hispaniola
tonight, across Puerto Rico on Thu, and then weaken and stall 
across the Virgin Islands Fri. Associated large NW swell will 
impact the local Atlc waters Thu night through Sat before 
diminishing on Sun with then little change through early next
week.
